Bailey reveals fifth generation of popular Unicorn caravan series

UK caravan and motorhome giant Bailey has revealed an updated iteration of its hugely popular Unicorn range of caravans, inviting consumers to see the world differently. Available in a choice of seven layouts, including single and twin axle options, the fifth generation of Bailey Unicorn will benefit from what the company is calling the next generation of Alu-Tech construction. This patented technology combined with a GRP outer skin makes the caravan more robust and durable as well as keeping the weight down compared to other conventional manufacturing methods. To date over 70,000 Bailey leisure vehicles have been built with this ground-breaking technology and are currently being used around the world.

These new Unicorns benefit from an external facelift with more aerodynamic front profile, contemporary furniture and new soft furnishing schemes, an expanded version of Bailey’s signature vertical front infinity window, and comprehensive safety and security packages. They also feature a fully specified Alde programmable heating system that combines with market leading insulation, making the Unicorn a caravan for all seasons.

Bailey of Bristol managing director Nick Howard said: “The introduction of the fifth series Unicorn heralds the arrival of the next- generation of Alu-Tech construction caravans.

“A striking new appearance both inside and out makes this the best-looking Unicorn yet and this combined with enhanced specifications, accessible unladen weights plus a competitive retail price means there is every reason to believe in Unicorns again.”

Other features include AL-KO ATC Trailer Control System, AL-KO Secure wheel lock, TRACKER monitor stolen vehicle recovery system, as well as the option to have WiFi installed to maintain on-the-go internet access.

The Unicorn Series 5 model line-up now includes the Unicorn Seville, Unicorn Madrid, Unicorn Cadiz, Unicorn Vigo, Unicorn Cabrera, Unicorn Cartegena and Unicorn Pamplona – offering two and four-berth options with either longitudinal or transverse double beds, or twin single beds, as well as the choice of centre or end washrooms.
