DexKo Global to boost towbar offering with Brink International acquisition

Global leader in trailer running gear, chassis assemblies and related components DexKo Global has announced that its subsidiary AL-KO Vehicle Technology Group has agreed to acquire Dutch towbar manufacturer Brink International.

With more than 100 years of experience and expertise in the manufacturing industry, Brink International has a wide product portfolio including fixed, detachable, retractable and next generation towbars that DexKo says will expand its portfolio in this area.

Financial terms of the transaction have not been disclosed, and it is subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approval.
