Dutch caravan industry prepares for major show

The camping and caravanning industry in the Netherlands is preparing for one of its biggest shows after missing a year due to COVID-19 restrictions. The CamperBeurs show will take place from 24 to 26 September in Hardenberg in the northeast of the country and usually attracts more than 6,000 visitors to witness more than 70 exhibitors and their wares.

Leading brands such as Adria, Dethleffs, Hymer and Chausson have attended previous editions of the show and this year there will be some unique features such as a camper theatre and a cycling course to test out electric and regular bicycles. There will also be informative presentations, a camper quiz and inspiration squares where people can collate ideas for how to make their camping vehicle even more perfect.

The organisers have produced a COVID-19 FAQ section on their website to keep attendees up to date with the measures that will be taken to safeguard everyone at the show.
