DexKo Global completes Brink International acquisition

Global leader in trailer running gear, chassis assemblies and related components DexKo Global DexKo Global has completed its acquisition of European towbar solutions specialist Brink International.

The acquisition, the agreement for which was first announced in July this year, is a move that will enable DexKo subsidiary AL-KO Vehicle Technology Group to expand its product portfolio as well as its operations footprint and give access to new adjacent end markets. It will also see the total number of employees of AL-KO rise to about 3,800 in more than 40 different countries, with the 900 Brink employees from eight different countries coming into the company. Netherlands-based Brink has a market leading position in the towbar sector and its portfolio includes fixed, detachable, retractable and next generation towbars.
