Interior redesigns introduced by Rapido for 2021

French RV and leisure vehicle brand Rapido has revealed a complete redesign of two of its motorhome interior styles as part of its 2021 range. The popular Castello trim level has been replaced by the new Bellagio style, while the Elegance design gives way to the Nacarat style.

The Bellagio style (pictured above) features sleek-look furniture and matte overhead cupboard doors. It also uses a more modern horizontal wood grain and a new door edging strip with chrome trim. The overall look of the design is very clean, helped by the lack of handles on the cupboard doors – they are opened with an easy-to-use push-lock system. Indirect backlighting and LED backlit racks in the living room add subtle warmth to the cool and clean design.

The Nacarat furniture offers a completely different feel thanks to a new wood colour – this combined with the horizontal wood grain and sleekly designed furniture aims to combine warmth and modernity. The cupboards also feature the push-lock system and a glossy white finish, complimented by chrome trim. Both of these new furniture styles will be available across the Rapido range, including the M Series.

Elsewhere in its new launches for 2021, Rapido is aiming to compliment these two new furniture styles with new fittings, including a new polyamide-coated fabric finish colour in the cab area and a living room skylight.

There are also new TV units added to several models: the C Series features a new 22” open TV unit while the Series 6F, 8F, 8086dF and i86 can be fitted with a 21” open TV unit with no sliding curtain. Selected models of the 80dF Distinction and M Series feature a new 32” flatscreen built-in TV unit with backlighting and additional storage.
