American RV firm Lazydays Holdings has announced that it has signed a letter of intent to acquire Reno, Nevada-based Sprad’s RV to help continue its plans of geographical expansion in the United Stares. Sprad’s is a very well-known and respected dealer in its part of the country and sells a wide selection of top RV brands such as Grand Design, Thor, Forest River and Lance. The acquisition is expected to be finalised in 30 to 60 days.
