Redneck acquisition will "compliment DexKo family of brands"

Dexter Axle Company, part of the DexKo Global Inc group, has acquired American trailer supply companies Redneck Inc and Redline Products LLC (collectively known as Redneck).

Redneck operates in 20 locations around the United States employing nearly 400 people and has supplied trailer axles and other trailer components and accessories since 1979. Meanwhile Dexter employs more than 3,100 people and has 17 manufacturing facilities and 14 distribution centres around the United States. The partnership that will grow from this acquisition promises to offer an expanded geographical footprint for both companies and will offer its customers a more diverse product portfolio.
