"RV shipments show no sign of slowing down" after record January in USA

RV shipments in the United States were up 39.2 per cent in January 2021 compared to the previous year making it the best January on record with more than 45,000 units shipped. 

The figures come from the RV Industry Association’s monthly survey of manufacturers with towable RVs accountable for 41,414 wholesale shipments (up 40.7 per cent on January 2020) and motorhomes accountable for 4,516 units (up 26.6 per cent on January 2020).

RV Industry Association president and CEO Craig Kirby said: “RV shipments show no sign of slowing down. RV manufacturers and suppliers are producing a record number of units to meet the continued demand from consumers looking to make RVing a part of their active outdoor lifestyle.”
